OPTIMA RECRUITMENT EUROPE is searching for suitable candidates - senior resident doctors
- Paediatrists to work in busy district hospital in Nort East England. Total beds on site is 400 and the out-patient facilities are of high standard. Paediatric department: the inpatient ward has 18 beds in with a mixture of bays and single cubicles. The majority of admissions to the ward are non-elective including small amount of orthopaedic and general surgical activity.
General duties:
- Providing a service to the inpatients and outpatients as required to meet service needs.
- Significant patient management decisions including co-ordinating treatment and
investigate procedures and discharge planning.
- Attending Outpatients Clinics as scheduled.
- Attending Community Clinics as scheduled.
- Prepare written case reports, clinical audits and research as required within the role or a
directed by the Paediatrician / Clinical Lead.
- Participate in ward rounds as required. Participate in seminars and teaching sessions as
directed.
Requirements:
- University EU diploma + minimum 4 years postgraduate training, at least 2 of which in
relevant specialty.
- GMC registration or being on advanced stage of getting it.
- Fluent knowledge of english language.
Client´s offer:
- Salary - £36,807 - £68,638 annual salary. Initial 12 month contract will be offered
- Working hours of no more than an average 48 hours and PAs for predictable emergency work
will be incorporated into your job plan. Nights on call 1:5 ? full shift in place with 1 week of
nights in 5.
