We are seeking for a suitable candidate, for our client with location in Netherlands.
Job description
1. Analysis and consultancy in projects:
- Analyzing projects based on the available data;
- Advising on construction teams to optimize cost / quality of design in relation to the available budget;
- Advising the project leaders regarding the best method in conjunction with construction costing;
- Making proposals for any business to achieve reductions.
2. Preparing projects:
- Making budget and cost estimates;
- Setting up and make cost calculations depending on specifications, job descriptions and drawings;
- Determining quantities, writing budget texts and setting standards and prices;
- To initiate and coordinate internal consultation and cost estimate for engineering alignment.
3. Outsourcing projects:
- Determining which subcontractors and suppliers quote release;
- Exploring the other contractors and suppliers are requested by third parties;
- To ensure timely receipt of tenders;
- The evaluation of bids and compile a selection preference.
4. Archive:
- Archiving and management of relevant documents on behalf of the transfer process and the department store
We require
- Bachelor degree
- Minimal of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Average English in speech and writing.
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
